Who we are

Innovato Consultancy is based in the Netherlands. We operate this website and two related services: an enterprise consulting practice and PROOF by Innovato, a programme for technical founders. For questions about this policy, write to mahmut@innovatoconsultancy.com.

What data we collect and why

We collect personal data in four situations only.

When you book a discovery conversation, we collect your name, professional email address, organisation name, and a short description of your challenge. We use this to prepare for and conduct the conversation. If you book through our scheduling tool, that tool processes your calendar availability separately — its own privacy policy applies to that step.

When you apply to PROOF, we collect your name, email address, professional background, domain area, and a description of the problem you are exploring. We use this to assess cohort fit. If your application is unsuccessful, we keep it for one cohort cycle and then delete it, unless you ask us to hold it for future consideration.

When you subscribe to Cases & Insights, we collect your email address and use it only to send you Innovato Consultancy publications. We do not add you to any other list, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

When you contact us directly at  mahmut@innovatoconsultancy.com, we collect your email address and the content of your message, and we use it only to respond to you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or data brokers. We do not add anyone to a mailing list without their explicit consent.

Analytics and cookies

We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site — which pages they read, how long they stay, and where they come from. No personal data is attached to these records. You can opt out using the cookie banner when you first visit the site, or by adjusting your browser settings at any time.

Hosting

This site is hosted through GoDaddy, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in the ordinary course of delivering web pages. GoDaddy's own privacy policy governs that processing.

Where your data is stored

All personal data submitted through this site is stored within the European Union and handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How long we keep your data

Discovery session and general enquiry data: twenty-four months from last contact. PROOF application data: one cohort cycle if unsuccessful; duration of the programme relationship if accepted. Email subscriber data: until you unsubscribe. We delete any data earlier if you request it.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, write to  mahmut@innovatoconsultancy.com. We will respond within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively apply new practices to data collected under previous versions.
