PROOF by Innovato is a ten-week programme that takes technical founders from problem uncertainty to validated commercial proof. It is not a bootcamp. It is not a pitch competition. It is not a networking event with a curriculum attached.
It is a structured sprint — the same 2D-2W-2M methodology we run inside large organisations — adapted for founders who need to move at startup speed without the safety net of a corporate budget.
You arrive with a domain and a vague sense of the problem. You leave with a problem statement precise enough to build from, a named buyer role with budget authority, and a scope boundary that prevents you from building the wrong thing at the wrong size.
You build. PRD first, then product. We provide AI tool guidance, a development methodology calibrated for solo or duo teams, and daily checkpoints to keep scope locked. The goal is a working MVP in the hands of real users by day fourteen — not a prototype, not a demo, a thing that does the job.
Proof is defined as a budget commitment from the right buyer using their own money. Not an expression of interest. Not an LOI. Actual budget from actual authority.
The two months are structured around getting to that conversation: customer sessions, pricing tests, scope refinements, and the commercial conversations that most technical founders delay until too late.
