Where Innovato takes an equity position in a proof-stage startup — through the PROOF programme or through a spin-out from an enterprise sprint — we actively seek co-investors who bring strategic value alongside capital.   • Bring domain knowledge, network access, or operational capability that complements capital
  • Are genuinely interested in Benelux or Türkiye as investment geographies, not just as deal sources for a broader fund
